Procedure of Order:

1. After you submit the following information, you will receive a confirmation email from one of our managers within 24 hours.

2. Once we contact our distributor, we will call you and take a 50% (non refundable) deposit over the phone. We will then set up the shipment and give you a delivery date to our store.

3. Once the specimen arrives, you will be contacted and asked whether you would like us to acclimate it to our systems, or whether you would like to take it directly from the shipment.
